Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm smile and friendly demeanor, creating a positive first impression
• Accurately process cash and card transactions using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems
• Manage guest inquiries efficiently, providing clear information about menu items and services
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station to ensure a professional appearance
• Assist with guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and courteously
• Support team members during busy periods, ensuring smooth flow of service
• Uphold all cash handling procedures and security protocols to prevent discrepancies

Requirements

• Previous host/hostess experience or food service background preferred
• Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities
• Experience working with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable
• Knowledge of restaurant operations and guest services enhances your effectiveness in this role
• Ability to handle phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
• Hospitality or hotel experience is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with guest relations and service standards
• Exceptional phone etiquette, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail are essential for success
