Job Summary
Carmine’s is an upscale neighborhood restaurant in Bellevue dedicated to excellent service, refined presentation, and a warm guest experience. We seek a reliable, professional Host / Food Runner with fine‑dining experience to join our team on a regular weekly schedule.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests professionally and efficiently (host duties)
• Deliver food accurately and promptly, ensure proper presentation (food runner duties)
• Assist servers and kitchen staff as needed to maintain smooth service flow
• Monitor dining room, clear and reset tables, maintain cleanliness
• Communicate clearly and courteously with team and guests
• Uphold high standards of personal appearance and service

Qualifications

• Fine‑dining experience required (no exceptions)
• Strong attention to detail, can work in a fast‑paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and able to adhere to the fixed schedule
• Professional dress, grooming, and verbal communication
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and proper sanitation practices
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating welcoming atmospheres

Schedule (regular, must be able to commit)

• Monday: Food Runner, 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Tuesday: Food Runner, 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Wednesday: Host, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Friday: Food Runner, 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Saturday: Food Runner, 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Off: Thursday & Sunday Hours: ~30 hours/week (consistent schedule required)
