Salary: 60,000 – 70,000 PKR
Qualification: Intermediate

Experience: 3–4 Years (Furniture Industry – Mandatory)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Carpenter Supervisor to oversee and manage day-to-day carpentry operations within our furniture production unit. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge of furniture manufacturing, excellent supervision skills, and the ability to ensure high-quality output within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the carpentry team in daily production tasks.
• Assign work, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of furniture items.
• Inspect materials, tools, and equipment to ensure proper usage and safety.
• Check quality of finished products and maintain production standards.
• Read and interpret furniture drawings, measurements, and design specifications.
• Coordinate with production manager for work planning and material requirements.
• Maintain attendance, work records, and daily production reports.
• Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and discipline within the carpentry unit.
• Train junior carpenters and provide guidance on carpentry techniques.

Skills & Requirements

• Strong knowledge of furniture carpentry (wood cutting, assembling, finishing).
• Ability to read technical drawings and measurements accurately.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and handle production pressure.
• Must be physically fit and capable of supervising on-site work.
