Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual for the position of carpenter . This role requires a strong background in various construction and carpentry tasks, with a focus on quality workmanship and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have experience in multiple facets of construction, including but not limited to estimating, framing, and restoration. This position is essential for ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction estimating to assess project costs and materials needed.
• Execute trim and frame carpentry tasks with precision.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans.
• Engage in concrete forming, plastering, and fabrication as required.
• Install rebar and perform masonry work as part of structural projects.
• Conduct roofing, siding, and fixture installations with a focus on quality.
• Participate in water damage restoration efforts, including mold remediation.
• Carry out cabinet installation, door hanging, and maintenance person tasks as needed.
• Execute construction painting and flooring installation with attention to detail.
• Lay tile and perform heavy lifting as necessary during project execution.

Experience
Candidates should possess a diverse skill set that includes:

• Proven experience in construction or the restoration industry.
• Proficiency in woodworking, caulking, stucco application, and metal stud framing.
• Familiarity with CNC operations and assembly processes is advantageous.
• Basic plumbing knowledge is preferred along with electrical experience where applicable.
• Strong background in remodeling projects including various aspects of home improvement.
