Carpenter

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Carpenter to join our interior design and fit-out team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in furniture making, joinery, and installation of interior works such as doors, cabinets, wall paneling, and decorative elements. The role involves both workshop fabrication and on-site installation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and design specifications.
• Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials such as wood, MDF, plywood, laminates, and veneer.
• Fabricate and install doors, wardrobes, kitchen cabinets, partitions, wall panels, ceilings, and other interior elements.
• Conduct site installations ensuring precision, quality, and alignment with design details.
• Repair and maintain existing wooden fixtures as needed.
• Work collaboratively with designers, supervisors, and other trades (painters, electricians, etc.) to ensure timely project delivery.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Follow company safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (3–5 years preferred) as a Carpenter in interior fit-out or joinery works.
• Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, materials, and tools.
• Ability to read technical drawings and plans.
• Good understanding of finishing materials (laminates, veneers, paints, etc.).
• Physically fit and capable of working at site conditions.
• Attention to detail, quality, and precision.
• Team player with a positive and professional attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,700.00 - AED1,900.00 per month
