Position: Carpenter
Education Qualification: 12th Pass / ITI
Experience: Minimum 2 Years in the Relevant Field

Job Summary:

The Carpenter will be responsible for performing all carpentry-related activities within the Finished Goods & Warehouse department. The role involves preparing wooden pallets, crates, and fixtures required for solar module packing, dispatch, and warehouse operations. The candidate must have solid carpentry skills and experience working in industrial or warehouse environments.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Perform carpentry tasks including cutting, shaping, assembling, and repairing wooden structures.
• Prepare and maintain wooden pallets, boxes, and crates for solar module packing and dispatch.
• Support FG & WH operations by building and repairing wooden fixtures, tables, and storage supports.
• Conduct routine checks and preventive maintenance of carpentry tools and materials.
• Ensure safe and proper handling of carpentry tools and equipment.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and dispatch teams to meet daily operational requirements.
• Maintain records of carpentry work and material usage.
• Ensure adherence to company safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Complete tasks assigned by the FG & WH supervisor efficiently and on time.
