Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual for the position of <PERSON>. This role is essential in ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail in various construction and restoration projects. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in carpentry, construction, and restoration, showcasing their ability to work effectively on-site while adhering to safety standards and project timelines.

Duties

• Perform construction estimating to assess project costs and materials needed.
• Execute trim and frame carpentry tasks with precision.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various construction tasks.
• Read blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements and specifications.
• Engage in concrete forming, plastering, and fabrication as needed for specific projects.
• Install rebar, siding, cabinets, doors, fixtures, and roofing components.
• Conduct water damage restoration and mold remediation efforts when required.
• Participate in remodeling projects including flooring installation, tile laying, and drywall work.
• Execute caulking, stucco application, and heavy lifting tasks as part of the restoration process.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines.

Experience
Candidates should have a strong background in the following areas:

• Construction site experience with a focus on safety protocols.
• Proficiency in woodworking techniques and practices.
• Familiarity with the restoration industry including water damage restoration and mold remediation.
• Experience in plumbing, masonry, electrical work, metal stud framing, CNC operations, assembly tasks, and construction painting is highly desirable.
• Previous maintenance person experience is a plus, demonstrating versatility across various trades within the construction field. Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
