Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Carpenter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood and other materials. Whether it’s framing a new build or installing high-end finish cabinetry, we take pride in our craftsmanship and are looking for someone who shares that commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine project requirements.
• Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials using power and hand tools.
• Construct building frameworks, including walls, floors, and doorframes.
• Install structures and fixtures, such as windows, frames, floorings, and trim/molding.
• Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople and supervisors to ensure projects are completed on schedule.

Qualifications & Skills

• Technical Skill: Proficiency with various hand and power tools (circular saws, routers, etc.).
• Attention to Detail: Precision in measuring and finishing work is a must.
• Behavioral: Punctual, polite when speaking to clients at site, and a "problem-solving" attitude.
• Years of Experience: Minimum 5+ years in residential or commercial interior carpentry.
