Carpenter

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret drawings, sketches, and specifications.
• Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and install wood and other materials.
• Construct and repair doors, windows, cabinets, furniture, partitions, and frameworks.
• Install fixtures such as locks, handles, hinges, and other fittings.
• Perform maintenance and repair work on wooden structures.
• Ensure work is completed as per quality standards and project timelines.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery safely.
• Follow safety procedures and site regulations at all times.
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and other trades as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping at the work site.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Carpenter (minimum 2–3 years preferred).
• Ability to work from technical drawings and measurements.
• Good knowledge of carpentry materials, tools, and techniques.
• Physically fit and able to work in site conditions.
• Knowledge of safety practices and PPE usage.
• Basic communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Trade certification or vocational training is an added advantage.

Working Conditions:

• 8–10 hours duty per day (as per project requirement).
• Overtime may be required based on site needs.
