WE ARE HIRING – CARPENTERS

Location: UAE
Industry: Construction / Fit-Out
Experience: 2–3 Years

Key Responsibilities

▪ Measure, cut, and assemble wood materials for doors, wardrobes, and cabinets
▪ Install cabinets, doors, moldings, and finishes professionally on-site
▪ Perform sanding, staining, and polishing for high-quality finishes
▪ Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
▪ Repair and refurbish woodwork to maintain quality standards
▪ Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
▪ Ensure accurate measurements and alignment
▪ Follow all safety protocols and site guidelines

Candidate Requirements

✔ 2–3 years of hands-on experience in finishing carpentry
✔ Strong knowledge of MDF, plywood, particleboard, solid wood, melamine
✔ Skilled in cutting, joining, sanding, staining, and finishing
✔ Ability to read technical drawings
✔ Detail-oriented and quality-focused
✔ Able to work independently and in a team
✔ Willing to attend site visits for measurements and installations
