Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of diverse construction tasks, from framing and metal building erection to finishing and restoration projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on challenging projects that require precision, technical knowledge, and a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist in metal building erection, ensuring structural integrity and adherence to schematics and safety protocols
• Perform concrete forming, finishing, and related masonry tasks with precision and attention to detail
• Install rebar according to engineering specifications to reinforce concrete structures
• Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely for framing, roofing, siding, and other construction activities
• Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project plans
• Conduct carpentry tasks including trim carpentry, framing, drywall installation, and woodwork projects
• Support remodeling, restoration, stucco application, and siding installation efforts as needed
• Utilize hand tools effectively for various construction tasks while maintaining safety standards
• Assist with heavy lifting and material handling to ensure efficient workflow on-site
• Collaborate with project managers and team members to meet project timelines and quality benchmarks

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction site work with a focus on metal building erection, concrete forming, masonry, or carpentry
• Skilled in rebar installation, concrete finishing, roofing, siding, and drywall work
• Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical instructions
• Ability to operate power tools and heavy equipment safely and effectively
• Knowledge of construction management principles and safety regulations
• Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights or in confined spaces
• Experience with welding, plastering, stucco application, or woodworking is a plus
• Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving and quality assurance
