Carpenter

• Minimum 10 years of carpentry experience in residential construction
• Experience with framing, remodeling, and finish carpentry
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Reads and understands plans, layouts, and measurements
• Knowledge of proper building practices and job site safety
• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
• Ability to problem solve and stay productive throughout the day
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites (must have a valid drivers license)
• Must be punctual, professional, and communicate well with team members and clients

Framing Experience Required

• Layout and frame walls
• Install floor systems and subflooring
• Frame decks, roofs, stairs, and additions
• Install LVLs, beams, and headers
• Sheathing, blocking, and structural framing
• Window and exterior door installation
• Ability to work from plans and field measurements

Finish Carpentry Experience Required

• Install interior doors and hardware
• Baseboard, casing, crown molding, and trim work
• Cabinet installation
• Stair trim and railings
• Punch list and final detail work
• Ability to produce clean, professional finishes

Required Tools

Must own basic carpentry hand tools including but not limited to:

• Tape measure
• Tool belt
• Hammer
• Framing square / speed square
• Utility knife
• Chalk line

Pay: $17.00 - $35.00 per hour
