Interior Carpenters Needed – Chicago, IL – Start Monday

We are currently hiring skilled Interior Carpenters for commercial construction projects in Chicago, Illinois. Immediate openings available for dependable carpenters ready to start Monday.

Job Responsibilities & Experience Requirements:
Candidates must have hands-on experience in commercial interior carpentry and be comfortable working in active construction environments. Carpenters should be experienced in one or more of the following:

• Metal stud framing
• Drywall hanging and backing
• Acoustical/drop ceilings
• Finish carpentry and trim installation
• Door and hardware installation
• Reading blueprints and layout work
• Wall blocking and punch work
• Measuring, cutting, and installing materials accurately
• Using power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently

Applicants must be able to work independently with minimal supervision while also working well with a crew to meet deadlines and maintain production goals. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, show up consistently, and maintain professionalism on the jobsite.

Requirements:

• Must have previous interior carpentry experience
• Must have your own basic hand tools and PPE
• Reliable transportation required
• Ability to lift materials and work on ladders when needed
• Must follow all jobsite safety rules
