Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various carpentry tasks, including residential remodeling, door installation, cabinet installation, and general finish carpentry skills. As a Carpenter, you will interact with apps on your phone for time keeping and worksite documentation. You will be using your own tools with the company supplementing as needed.
Responsibilities
- Use the software provided to time keep and , ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
- Perform a variety of carpentry tasks including door hanging, flooring installation, and tile assistance.
- Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to accurately execute construction plans.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople on the construction site to ensure efficient workflow and project completion.
- Train and mentor junior carpenters in best practices and safety protocols.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety standards are met on the job site.
- Document regular inspections of work completed to ensure quality standards are upheld.
