<div><b>Responsibilities</b></div>
<ul><li>Follow all safety rules and regulations</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and safe work environment</li>
<li>Use blueprints, sketches, or building plans to determine construction requirements and materials needed</li>
<li>Construct wood structures including framing, joists, and rafters</li>
<li>Install fixtures and materials such as windows, flooring, trim, and hardware</li>
</ul><div><b>Qualifications</b></div>
<ul><li>Previous experience as a Carpenter</li>
<li>Strong understanding of mathematical concepts and measurements</li>
<li>Ability to read and take action on blueprints</li>
<li>Ability to safely operate hand and power carpentry tools</li>
<li>Knowledge of building regulations and codes</li>
<li>Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects</li></ul></div></div>
