Boom Construction Company is a leading construction and infrastructure company involved in major road, drainage, commercial, and building projects across Qatar.

About the Role:

We are looking for skilled and hardworking Carpenters to join our construction team. In this role, you will carry out formwork, finishing, and structural carpentry works that support large-scale civil and infrastructure projects.

What You’ll Do?

Carpentry & Formwork

• Construct and install wooden frameworks, partitions, and structures
• Prepare formwork and shuttering for concrete foundations, columns, beams, and slabs
• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials accurately

Site Work & Installation

• Read construction drawings and follow site instructions
• Ensure proper alignment, measurements, and installation quality

Repair & Maintenance

• Repair damaged wooden structures and fittings when required
• Maintain carpentry tools and equipment properly

Safety & Teamwork

• Follow site safety rules and use PPE correctly
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work closely with foremen, engineers, and construction teams
• Complete assigned tasks within project timelines

What We’re Looking For:

High school education or vocational carpentry training preferred

2–5 years of carpentry experience in construction projects

Knowledge of shuttering, formwork, and finishing carpentry

Ability to read measurements and basic construction drawings

Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors

GCC/Qatar construction experience is an advantage

Pay: From QAR2,200.00 per month
