Carpenter / Bathroom Installer

This position is NOT entry-level.

We are looking for an experienced remodeling professional who can run projects independently—from start to finish—without the need for training or constant supervision.

If you’re currently working for another contractor or running your own jobs but want more consistency, better organization, and a strong team behind you, this could be a great fit.

Duties

• Perform skilled carpentry, trim work, interior doors and general remodeling tasks
• Install flooring: LVP, LVT, Hardwood
• Drywall/spackling
• Light plumbing: installing vanities, toilets, faucets, tubs & surrounds
• Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the project
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient job site
• Troubleshoot issues on-site and make decisions to keep projects moving

PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED:

• Prepping showers/baths for tile installation, installing tile, flooring installation, and fixture installation for bathrooms, kitchens, and other home areas

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on remodeling or construction experience (required)
• Experience with bathroom and kitchen remodels
• Ability to run a job independently without supervision
• Strong skills in carpentry, drywall, trim, and general remodeling
• Tiling skills preferred
• Comfortable solving problems and making decisions on-site
• Reliable, professional, and takes pride in quality work
• Valid driver’s license with clean record

• Only have basic handyman or maintenance experience
• Are not confident taking a lead role
