Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Carpenter with a minimum of five years of experience in commercial construction to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from framing and trim carpentry to complex restoration and renovation jobs. Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute carpentry tasks.
• Perform framing, trim carpentry, door hanging, cabinet installation, siding, and metal stud framing with precision.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, CNC machines, and fabrication equipment safely and effectively.
• Install fixtures, mold remediation components, flooring, tiles, roofing materials, and stucco with attention to detail.
• Conduct concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry work, plastering, and water damage restoration as needed.
• Assist with construction estimating and material fabrication to ensure resource efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members on remodeling projects, electrical work, plumbing, drywall installation, and heavy lifting tasks.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and industry standards.

Skills

• Extensive experience in commercial construction projects with a strong background in framing, trim carpentry, and blueprint reading.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, scaffolding systems, and schematics interpretation.
• Knowledge of construction estimating processes and material fabrication techniques.
• Skilled in various trades including masonry, roofing, siding installation, electrical work experience, plumbing basics, and tile laying.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship.
• Familiarity with restoration industry practices such as mold remediation and water damage repair.
