Carpenter Factory foreman

About the Role:
Assemble kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, and other joinery products with accuracy and according to plans.Oversee and participate in on-site installation, ensuring proper alignment and stability of installed units.Inspect production at every stage to maintain high standards and perform necessary adjustments or repairs.Ensure all team members follow strict safety protocols within the factory and on-site.Supervise production staff, assign tasks, and provide guidance to maintain efficiency and quality.Requirements
We are seeking a highly skilled Carpentry Specialist Foreman to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage and oversee carpentry installation works for a variety of projects, including kitchens, wardrobes, cabinets, and doors.

You will play a key role in ensuring all on-site activities are executed with precision, efficiency, and in line with the highest quality standards

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in kitchen and wardrobe manufacturing.
• Strong background in general woodworking and joinery.
• Lead and supervise on-site carpentry installation teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of carpentry experience in Dubai.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Strong technical expertise in carpentry tools, materials, and installation techniques.
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings independently.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Good troubleshooting abilities and a proactive mindset.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Strong work ethic with a collaborative, team-oriented attitude.
• Take accurate site measurements and ensure proper implementation.
• Read, interpret, and execute detailed technical drawings and project plans.
• Monitor the entire installation process to maintain quality and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with project teams to achieve deadlines and client expectations.
• Enforce site safety regulations and ensure compliance with company policies.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
