Carpenter / Finish Technician

Loda Properties is a quality-driven real estate investment and renovation company dedicated to enhancing homes and communities. We are growing and looking for a skilled Carpenter who is ready to work hands-on in residential rehabs and help lead and train others on-site.

Location: Field-BasedCompensation: Hourly (based on experience)

Overview

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented carpenter/finishing technician to join our team. This role is focused on helping bring renovation projects to completion efficiently and at a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete finish work including trim, doors, paint, and general carpentry tasks
• Maintain quality standards while working within project timelines
• Identify and communicate issues proactively
• Work alongside our team to keep projects moving toward completion
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and follow through
