Carpenter Foreman

We are looking for an experienced Carpentry Foreman to supervise and manage carpentry works at site. The candidate should have strong knowledge of interior fit-out, joinery works, and the ability to lead a team efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all carpentry and joinery works on site
• Read and understand drawings (AutoCAD / shop drawings)
• Coordinate with site engineers, designers, and other teams
• Ensure work is completed as per drawings, quality standards, and deadlines
• Manage carpenters and assign daily tasks
• Check measurements and material usage
• Ensure proper installation of wooden works, panels, cabinets, doors, etc.
• Maintain safety standards at site

Requirements:

• Nationality: any
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as Carpentry Foreman in UAE
• Strong knowledge in interior fit-out and custom furniture works
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Basic English communication (Arabic is a plus)
