Carpenter - Interior Fitout

Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

Measure, cut, assemble, and install wood and other materials for interior fit-out works, including cabinetry, partitions, doors, skirting, moldings, and trim.

Familiar to handle Cutting SAW for furniture making and modification works

Familiar in drawings

Prepare surfaces and materials by sanding, staining, polishing, and painting as required.

Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other trades to ensure timely and quality completion of fit-out projects.

Maintain tools and equipment in good working order and follow safety standards on site.

Perform Carpentry repair works

Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and company quality standards.

Qualifications:

Experience as a Finishing Carpenter, preferably with fitout or interior construction projects.

Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship.

Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.

Relevant trade certification or apprenticeship completion is an advantage.

Ability to work on-site in various environments and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
