Carpenter / Laborer

Job Description:
We are seeking experienced carpenters to perform exterior carpentry work at our property. The position involves repairing and installing exterior wood structures and assisting with general building maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Repair and replace exterior wood structures
• Work on balconies, railings, stairs, and fascia
• Install or repair siding, trim, and other exterior components
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials according to project needs
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

Qualifications:

• Previous carpentry experience required
• Experience with exterior repairs preferred
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required
• Must be able to communicate in English
• Reliable transportation required
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely
• Reliable and able to work independently or with a team
