Carpenter / Laborer

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dependable person to join our team at our custom woodworking shop. This role involves performing a variety of carpentry and labor tasks on commercial and residential projects, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction, carpentry, and related trades, but we are willing to train as well.

Duties

• Measure, cut, assemble, and install building components using hand tools and power tools
• Sand parts in preparation for finishing.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to execute project plans accurately
• Assist with demolition, site preparation, and clean-up activities when installing

Experience

• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools

This position offers an opportunity to work in a busy custom cabinet/woodworking shop. We build and install custom cabinets and other wood furniture based on clients needs. Work varies from day to day, with some days being job-site installation days. Candidates should possess strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety standards.

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
