Carpenter Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of carpenters and production staff.
• Plan, schedule, and assign work to meet production deadlines.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Monitor quality control to ensure finished products meet company standards.
• Enforce workplace safety regulations and company policies.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate carpentry team members.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and machinery.
• Manage inventory of materials and coordinate with purchasing as needed.
• Resolve production issues and implement process improvements.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other departments.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
