We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Store Keeper to join our dynamic team and support our upcoming exhibitions.

Core Responsibilities

• Inventory Management:Overseeing all aspects of inventory, from initial receipt to final dispatch, to ensure accurate records and optimal stock levels.
• Receiving and Inspecting Goods:Verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders, inspecting items for damage or discrepancies, and coordinating returns for incorrect or faulty items.
• Storage and Organization:Allocating space efficiently, ensuring proper storage conditions to prevent deterioration, and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse layout.
• Record Keeping and Reporting:Using inventory management systems to track stock movements, generating reports on inventory status, and ensuring documentation is compliant.
• Order Fulfillment:Picking, packing, and preparing goods for dispatch, ensuring accuracy, and coordinating with logistics for timely delivery.
• Health and Safety Compliance:Enforcing health and safety regulations within the warehouse, identifying potential hazards, and ensuring proper handling of goods.
