Core Responsibilities

• Framing & Structure: Construct, erect, and install building frameworks (walls, floors, roof timbers) and specialized supports.
• Finish Work: Install fixtures, trim, molding, cabinetry, doors, and hardware.
• Layout & Planning: Read and interpret blueprints, building plans, and technical sketches to determine specifications.
• Material Selection: Select, measure, and cut timber, steel, or other materials to precise dimensions.
• Maintenance & Repair: Inspect, maintain, and repair existing, damaged, or defective structures.
• Site Safety: Follow safety regulations (OSHA), maintain a clean workspace, and erect scaffolding. Indeed +7
