Carpenter/Framer

Job Summary
We are looking for carpenters to join our fast-growing construction company. We work on a variety of projects including interior remodels, exterior work, and new home construction. We are hiring for different skill levels, from new carpenters to experienced lead carpenters, and are willing to train the right candidates. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, take pride in their craftsmanship, and be comfortable working on different types of projects.

Skills

• Basic knowledge of carpentry tools, techniques, and materials
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings
• Experience with framing, trim work, and other general construction tasks
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to lift and carry materials up to 75 lbs
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and take direction (for less experienced candidates)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision (for experienced candidates)

Responsibilities

• Utilize hand and power tools to perform carpentry tasks, including framing and trim work.
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate construction and installation.
• Collaborate with team members on construction sites to complete projects efficiently.
• Conduct construction estimating to manage project budgets effectively.
• Implement safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $40.00 per hour
