Carpenter/Remodeler

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Remodeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various aspects of remodeling and construction, with a strong focus on quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. As a Remodeler, you will be responsible for transforming spaces according to client specifications, ensuring that all projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Duties

• Execute remodeling projects including kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces from start to finish.
• Perform plaster work and trim carpentry to enhance the aesthetic appeal of interiors.
• Utilize power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for various construction tasks.
• Assemble furniture and fixtures as needed during remodeling projects.
• Lay tile with precision to ensure durability and visual appeal in renovated areas.
• Carry out construction painting tasks to finish surfaces according to design specifications.
• Install cabinetry, countertops, and other fixtures as part of the remodeling process.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide expert advice on materials and design choices.

Skills

• Proficiency in trim carpentry.
• Experience in the restoration industry with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong maintenance person skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Familiarity with power tools and safety protocols in a construction environment.
• Ability to assemble various components accurately and efficiently.
• Knowledge of tile laying techniques for both floors and walls.
• Skills in construction painting, ensuring high-quality finishes on all surfaces.
• Capable of performing installations of various fixtures, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
