Overview

Copper Creek Landscaping is hiring an experienced carpentry crew member/laborer to build high-quality pergolas, outdoor kitchens, outdoor entertaining structures, decks, covered entertaining structures, and custom carpentry features for residential clients. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship; understands construction drawings, codes, and permitting; and works well on active job sites with homeowners and other trades. This is a safety sensitive position, pre-employement

Responsibilities

- Build pergolas, pavilions, outdoor living structures, decks, outdoor kitchens, and other landscape carpentry projects under the direction of Carpentry Foreman.

- Read construction drawings

- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites

-Accurately measure & cut lumber

- Use hand and power tools proficiently

-Lift, Carry and Haul Lumber and Materials 70+ lbs

Requirements

-6 months of professional carpentry experience

- Experience with outdoor structures, decks, or residential construction

- Ability to read and follow plans and specifications

- Able to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

-Age 18 or Older

- Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in varying weather

-Driver's license, at least three years of clean driving history

-All offers of employment contingent upon successful completion of a background check, and drug screen. This is a safety sensitive position, pre-employment drug screening will include testing for cannabis/THC.
