Carpentry Estimator

Kalzak Interiors LLC is seeking an experienced Carpentry Estimator to join our team.

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for a wide range of carpentry projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of materials, labor, and project timelines to ensure our bids are precise and profitable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze project plans, specifications, and blueprints to determine the scope of work.
• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for carpentry work, including materials, labor, equipment, and sub-contractor costs.
• Communicate with suppliers and vendors to get up-to-date pricing.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure estimates align with project goals.
• Maintain an organized and current database of cost information.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an estimator in the carpentry or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of carpentry materials, techniques, and construction processes.
• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in estimating software and tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
