Carpentry / Joinery Supervisor

Job Purpose:

To supervise and manage all joinery works related to yacht and floating structure interiors, ensuring high-quality finishing, timely execution, and compliance with design specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily joinery activities including cutting, assembly, installation, and finishing.

- Interpret technical drawings and ensure accurate execution on-site or in the workshop.

- Allocate tasks to joiners and monitor their performance.

- Ensure quality control throughout all stages of joinery work.

- Coordinate with design, production, and procurement teams for material and technical requirements.

- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized working environment.

- Monitor material usage and report shortages or damages.

- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide hands-on guidance.

- Prepare progress updates and report issues to the Production Manager.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Diploma or technical certification in carpentry or woodworking.

- 3–5 years of supervisory experience in joinery/furniture/interior fit-out.

- Ability to read technical drawings and work with various wood materials and tools.

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
