Full House Construction and Design, Inc. (FHCD) has been operating in Colorado for

over 25 years. With a wide range of experience in custom home remodeling projects,

FHCD can cater to a variety of needs.

attended to, and the final product exceeds expectations. FHCD specializes in upper end

remodel/renovation work and has extensive experience with custom design builds and

will be able to collaborate with any customer to find what fits them perfectly

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Carpenter II, you are to provide guidance and supervision to the project team

involved in construction projects as needed, and be able to work efficiently and

productively on your own. Reporting to the Construction Foreman, the carpenter’s

responsibilities include:

  • Responding to customer requests for emergency repairs
  • Regularly inspecting work completed by the project team; confirming conform to specs
  • Assist the Foreman/manager solve project related problems
  • Provide regular progress updates to the Foreman/Manager
  • Assigning and explaining tasks to the project team assigned to them
  • Communicating with Clients and Foreman in order to determine the time frames within which projects should be completed
  • Calculating the amount of labor, time, and materials needed for each project
  • Creating and adjusting project schedules accordingly
  • Ordering all construction materials needed for projects, as needed
  • Supervising the company's field labor, unskilled and semi-skilled workers, as needed
  • Performing all carpentry duties required, including both rough and finish carpentry
  • Maintaining accurate records of all work done by the project team
  • Productively working alongside workers to facilitate the timely completion of all construction projects assigned.
  • Accurately and completely maintaining time records and receipts to ensure timely billing to Customers.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in residential remodeling or construction and in-depth knowledge of construction procedures.
  • Ability to read drawings, plans, and blueprints.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Ability to communicate and report effectively.
  • Math aptitude.
  • Problem-solving abilities.
  • Good physical condition and stamina.
  • Sound knowledge of safety standards and procedures.
  • The ability to safely operate power tools. Excellent time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
