Carpentry Site Foreman

Job Description:

We are looking for a Carpentry Site Foreman with experience in interior fit-out and joinery works to manage and supervise site operations, coordinate carpenters, and ensure timely project completion with high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all on-site carpentry and joinery works.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Assign work schedules to carpentry team and monitor performance.
• Ensure work is done according to drawings, specifications, and timelines.
• Monitor material usage and coordinate delivery of materials to site.
• Maintain safety standards and site cleanliness.
• Provide daily reports and updates to the project team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Carpentry or Fit-out Foreman in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of joinery, woodwork, and fit-out detailing.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• UAE driving license (preferred).
• Able to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
