WHAT YOU’LL DO

· Arrive on-site with our state-of-the-art equipment, provide top-tier carpet cleaning services (residential & commercial).

· Act as a visible brand ambassador—explain to customers what we’re doing, why it matters, and how we can help more.

· Upsell additional value-added services like stain protection, deodorizing, upholstery cleaning, hard-surface cleaning—and turn each visit into a broader service opportunity.

· Encourage and collect customer referrals—when you deliver outstanding service, happy customers bring in new jobs, and we reward you for it.

· Maintain equipment, vehicle, and supplies in good working order. Follow company safety, quality, and customer-service protocols.

· Track your own results—we believe the more value you bring, the more you earn.

WHO WE’ARE LOOKING FOR

· A go-getter mindset: you don’t wait for opportunity—you create it.

· Solid communication and interpersonal skills: you turn “just cleaning” into “wow, that’s a difference!”

· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

· Physical stamina: able to lift up to ~50 lbs, handle stairs, move furniture when needed.

· Bonus if you’ve got experience in cleaning, maintenance, or home services—and especially if you’ve ever sold or upsold anything before.
