Carpet Cleaning Technician

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Carpet Cleaning Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality carpet cleaning services to both residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental services, custodial work, and floor care, with a focus on delivering exceptional results while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpet cleaning using various techniques and equipment to ensure thorough cleaning and sanitation.
• Conduct assessments of carpet conditions to determine the appropriate cleaning methods and solutions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and supplies used during cleaning operations.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding services rendered.
• Assist in other custodial duties as needed, including tile cleaning and general commercial cleaning tasks.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and clients.
• Document work performed and report any issues or concerns to management promptly.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in carpet cleaning or related environmental services is preferred.
• Familiarity with custodial practices, tile cleaning techniques, and commercial cleaning standards.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver high-quality results consistently.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
