Cinesis is an AI-powered dispatch platform for owner-operators and small fleets. Our system books high-paying loads automatically so drivers spend more time on the road. We sign up new carriers every week and need someone to help grow the network.

What You Will Do

• - Reach out to owner-operators and small fleets via load boards, Facebook groups, trucking forums, and direct calls
• - Explain how Cinesis dispatch works in plain terms
• - Onboard carriers from first contact through their first dispatched load
• - Hit weekly targets for new active carrier sign-ups
• - Relay carrier feedback to the team
• Who You Are
• - 2+ years in trucking: dispatch, brokerage, carrier sales, or driving
• - You know what owner-operators care about: home time, rate per mile, reliability
• - Comfortable making outbound calls and sending cold messages
• - Self-directed, manage your own pipeline
• - Bonus: existing relationships with owner-operators or small fleets
• Compensation
• - 18-22 USD per hour, full-time
• - 75 USD bonus per activated carrier (carrier completes first dispatched load)
• - Fully remote
