Carryout Coordinator - Anita’s Kitchen (Ferndale)

Carryout is a HUGE percentage of our overall business, and so we take this position very seriously. In fact, we’re looking for just the right person to fill this role!

Responsibilities Include:

• Processing incoming phone orders
• Packaging a high volume of carryout orders, with exceptional attention to detail
• Exceptional menu knowledge
• Being here when scheduled
• Greeting Guests, seating guests, handing out carryouts and taking walk-in and phone orders.

Basic Qualifications/ Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years recent, relevant, restaurant experience
• Great phone personality and customer service sense
• Excellent organizational skills
• Supreme attention to details and the “finer print"
• Demonstrate the courteous and helpful attitude that exemplifies our team’s overall service goal
• Stay on feet for up to 8 hours
• Work well as a team leader

Pay: $12.48 - $22.00 per hour
