Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly as they arrive for their pickup orders, providing friendly and efficient service.
• Prepare and organize orders accurately, ensuring all items are correct and ready for quick delivery.
• Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and other team members to coordinate order completion and pickup times.
• Assist guests with questions about their orders, menu items, or store services using excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills.
• Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions and processing payments smoothly and securely.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the designated pickup area to promote a welcoming environment.
• Uphold food safety standards and follow all health regulations to ensure quality service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service is preferred, demonstrating strong customer service skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong guest services orientation with a friendly attitude and professional phone etiquette.
