Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Case Manager to join our team and support our valued clients through the tax resolution process. In this critical role, you will act as the primary point of contact for taxpayers, providing guidance, advocacy, and consistent communication to ensure each case progresses efficiently toward resolution.

Duties

* Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing their cases from onboarding through resolution.

* Advocate on behalf of clients with the IRS and state tax agencies to help achieve the best possible outcome.

* Review client financials, tax documents, and case details to determine appropriate resolution strategies (e.g., Installment Agreements, Offer in Compromise, Currently Not Collectible status).

* Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates, answer questions, and set clear expectations.

* Coordinate with tax professionals, enrolled agents, and attorneys to execute case strategies effectively.

* Monitor case progress to ensure deadlines are met and all required documentation is submitted accurately and on time.

* Handle sensitive client situations with professionalism, including high-stress or urgent tax matters.

* Document all case activity thoroughly in CRM systems, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

* Educate clients on tax processes, compliance requirements, and steps to maintain good standing moving forward.

Requirements

* Previous experience in tax resolution, tax relief, or a related financial services role preferred.

* Strong understanding of IRS processes, tax terminology, and resolution programs (training can be provided for the right candidate).

* Excellent communication and client service skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.

* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

* Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and problem-solving skills.

* Experience with CRM systems and case management tools is a plus.

* Detail-oriented with strong documentation and follow-up habits.

* Must be dependable, ethical, and committed to client success.

Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,500.00 per week
