The Z&P Law Group PLLC is a small Law firm in Katy, TX. We are professional and customer-centric. We handle personal injury and criminal defense cases throughout the greater houston area.

We are looking for a Bilingual proven individual to join our office team. The ideal candidate will be familiar with office administration and have strong administrative skills. He or she will be able to efficiently coordinate the schedule, prepare documents, answer phone calls, and facilitate and manage clients needs. We are are interested in hiring someone with an eye for detail who is able to handle multiple responsibilities at once.

Responsibilities:

• Microsoft Proficient.
• Office Management capabilities.
• Manage Client Files & Needs.
• Speak spanish.
• Be able to prioritize tasks and complete them in a timely manner.
• Have knowledge of administrative procedures.
• Be able to speak clearly and communicate with a variety of people.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
