Case Management Clerk

About the Office: Tommy Humphries is the District Attorney for DA District 4, which includes Blaine, Canadian, Garfield, Grant and Kingfisher Counties. Position Summary: The Case Management Clerk will perform a variety of administrative tasks in support of the prosecution of criminal cases filed in Garfield County.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Utilize document management systems to organize and maintain records efficiently.

· Communicate effectively with the public, partners and colleagues, demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and proofreading documents.

· Utilize computer skills to input and retrieve information accurately.

· Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.

· Handle confidential and sensitive work with discretion

Position Requirements and Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited college or university with an associate degree or equivalent and 2 years of experience in related work.
• Embody the following work habits: self-starter, reliable, collaborative, respectful, accountable, ethical, and able to multi-task.
• Must secure and maintain a favorable background investigation.
