We are seeking a Case Manager to join our dynamic team at MAHREQDocuments Clearing Services LLC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client files, handling escalations, and ensuring a smooth process for international work permit and visa applications.
This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate between clients, documentation teams, and international partners to ensure timely completion of each case.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle client case escalations and provide timely resolutions.
- Oversee work permit application processing and related documentation.
- Do visa filing and prepare applicants for interviews and job applications.
- Coordinate with clients for missing or updated requirements.
- Review and verify client documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain organized case files and update internal tracking systems.
- Liaise with embassies, consultants, and government agencies when needed.
- Support the operations and immigration teams in ensuring smooth workflow.
- Prepare reports and updates for management as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in immigration, case management, or visa/work permit processing.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Excellent command of English and Hindi (both written and spoken).
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience handling escalations or client service cases is an advantage.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: Based on experience + performance incentives.
- Work Hours: 90:00 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch break)
