Case Manager

Valencia & Torres Law is seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Case Manager to join our personal injury team. The Case Manager will serve as a key liaison between attorneys, clients, medical providers, and insurance companies. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring that each case progresses smoothly from intake through settlement, and that our clients receive the highest level of support and communication throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and answering questions
• Open new case files, gather initial documentation, and ensure completion of client intake forms
• Coordinate medical appointments and treatment schedules for clients
• Track medical records, bills, and lien information
• Monitor case progress and deadlines, maintaining updated files and case notes
• Prepare demand packages and assist attorneys with case evaluations
• Communicate with insurance adjusters and medical providers regarding claims
• Support attorneys in trial preparation or settlement negotiations as needed

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of degree
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with legal case management software (e.g., Case Peer, Clio, Needles, or similar)
• Empathy and professionalism when interacting with injured clients
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
