Role: Case Manager (Patient Care & Coordination)

As a Case Manager, you will be the single point of contact for patients, guiding them through consultations, diagnostics, surgeries, and post-treatment care.

* Act as the primary coordinator for assigned patient cases

* Understand patient medical needs and guide them through treatment options

* Coordinate with doctors, hospitals, diagnostic centers, and internal teams

* Assist patients with appointments, reports, surgery planning, and follow-ups

* Maintain accurate patient records and case updates

* Provide empathetic support to patients and caregivers

* Ensure smooth end-to-end care delivery

* Graduate / Post-graduate (B.com, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Nursing, or related field preferred)

* 1–4 years experience in healthcare coordination, patient services, hospital operations, TPA, or medical tourism

* Good understanding of Indian healthcare systems and medical terminology

* Strong communication skills (English + Hindi + Marathi)

* Patient-centric, empathetic, and detail-oriented

* Comfortable with CRM systems, calls, and coordination work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹210,000.00 per year
