Case Manager

As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of cases, ensuring they progress efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of personal injury cases from start to finish.
• Keep clients informed about their case status and progress.
• Assist attorneys with case preparation.
• Ensure timely submission of all necessary documents and filings.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professionalism.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Google Docs and legal case management software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Passion for justice and a commitment to serving clients.
