CASE MANAGER

Antonyan Miranda, LLP is seeking a high-performing Case Manager to support our growing personal injury practice. This role is responsible for actively driving cases forward from intake through pre-litigation resolution and ensuring each file is positioned for maximum settlement value.

This is not a passive role. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, operates with urgency, and delivers exceptional client service while managing a high-volume caseload.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury cases from intake through litigation or settlement

• Take full ownership of your caseload and proactively move cases forward

• Lead client onboarding and maintain highly organized, accurate files

• Order, review, and analyze police reports, medical records, and billing

• Track treatment progress and actively develop damages

• Communicate consistently and confidently with clients, providers, and insurance carriers

• Prepare and assemble strong, well-supported demand packages

• Negotiate property damage claims (if applicable)

• Monitor liens and assist with settlement disbursement preparation

• Identify when cases should be escalated to litigation

Qualifications

• 2+ years of personal injury pre-litigation experience required

• Proven experience preparing demand packages

• Strong understanding of California procedures and case flow

• Ability to review medical records and clearly assess damages

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
