Case Manager

Job Summary
Community Action Program Region VII, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Case Manager to join our dynamic team. This position will provide housing supportive services using strength-based case-management, Housing First and Rapid Re-Housing models to families experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness. Case management duties include; providing assessments and goal planning, housing stability (rental, utility, and security deposit assistance), coordinating of services, linkages, and referrals to community services.

Skills

• Must be proficient with computer skills such as excel, word, outlook.
• Excellent communication skills—empathetic listening combined with clear verbal and written expression—enabling effective client engagement.
• Must be detailed orientated and have excellent organizational skills.

Pay: $43,680.00 - $47,840.00 per year
