Case Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a Personal Injury Case Manager to handle pre-litigation cases after the intake process. This role focuses on managing active files, coordinating medical treatment and documentation, and moving cases efficiently toward settlement. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing a high-volume caseload.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of personal injury files from post-intake through settlement
  • Maintain regular communication with clients regarding treatment progress and case status
  • Communicate with insurance adjusters and medical providers
  • Monitor case progress and ensure timely follow-ups on outstanding items
  • Prepare and organize demand packages for attorney review
  • Assist in evaluating damages, including medical expenses and lost wages
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date case files and notes
  • Ensure all deadlines and case milestones are met

Qualifications

  • 1–3+ years of personal injury case management experience (pre-litigation preferred)
  • Strong understanding of the personal injury process after intake
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with medical records and insurance claims
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software
