We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to join our legal team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, navigating their cases from initial intake through the completion of the pre-litigation phase.The ideal candidate is a "closer" who understands the urgency of personal injury timelines and possesses the technical expertise to handle heavy documentation without breaking a sweat.
Key Responsibilities
- Case Initiation: Open new files and immediately issue Letters of Representation to all involved parties.
- Evidence Collection: Proactively request and follow up on police reports, witness statements, and scene photos.
- Medical Management: Coordinate with clients to track treatment, request comprehensive medical records and billing, and organize files for demand packages.
- Lien Resolution: Identify and send health insurance lien letters (ERISA, Medicare, Medicaid, etc.) to protect the client’s settlement.
- Property Damage: Assist clients with property damage claims, including vehicle inspections, rental car coordination, and total loss negotiations.
- Client Relations: Provide compassionate, professional updates to clients, ensuring they feel supported throughout the legal process.
Requirements
- Must have prior experience specifically as a Personal Injury Case Manager.
- Deep understanding of the personal injury lifecycle (Intake to Settlement).
- Strong knowledge of insurance coverage types and medical terminology.
- High-level organizational skills—you should be able to manage a high volume of cases simultaneously.
- Must Speak Spanish
Pay: From $4,600.00 per month
